Heather is our Customer Care Lead. She can fix anything! She has been working for State Farm for over 5 years now and loves helping customers. She lives in St. Paul with her husband, Irving, her mother and their Australian Cattle Dog, Wiley. When not helping people with their insurance, she enjoys playing video games and watching horror movies with her husband. She joined our team in March of 2017. Her main focus is making sure all of your insurance needs are met. Her licenses are in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Florida and North Dakota for Property, Casualty, Life and Health.

Dan lives locally in White Bear Lake, MN. He went to college at Bethel University and discovered his love for playing guitar and making music while there. When he is not finding the best insurance options for you and your family, he loves to go hunting and fishing with his Fox Red Lab named Scout. Dan is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin for property, casualty, life and health insurance.

Stevan was born and raised in Minnesota and resides here with his two children. When he's not saving families money on their insurance and finding great coverage for them, he is strategizing his Fantasy Football team, playing music, or playing video games with his kids. Brock was born and raised in Alexandria, Minnesota and just recently purchased a house in Brooklyn Center. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and Business Marketing. If he isn’t working, he is either at the lake or on the golf course.

Branden Schatz, a proud graduate of the University of Minnesota Duluth, holds a degree in Marketing and a minor in Business Analytics. He's not just about business; Brandon is a hockey enthusiast and a nature lover, finding joy on the ice amidst Minnesota's beautiful outdoors, often hiking and soaking in the natural beauty of the north shore. Passionate about data-driven marketing strategies, he merges his passion for insurance with strategic insights for success.

Max is originally from Lino Lakes, but now calls St. Paul home. His favorite parts of his role are the competitive, team-based atmosphere in the office and the opportunity to provide great service to so many awesome customers! When he’s not working, Max has many hobbies, including physical fitness, hunting, fishing, thrifting, and woodworking. He comes from a tight-knit and hard-working family who have dedicated their lives to the service of others and their communities. Max is always looking forward to his next family trip to the boundary waters, somewhere warm in the winter, or skiing out west!

Leah Gilbert was born and raised in Minnesota. She has worked in the insurance industry for six years now! She brings with her a drive to take care of all our everyone with a warm and friendly attitude. Outside of the office, her favorite things to do include spending time on the lake with her husband and beautiful daughter along with their dogs, and of course family and friends! She is licensed in Property and Casualty in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Destinee is a Wisconsin native who recently relocated to sunny Florida, where she resides with her husband, Ian, their son, and their two dogs. She has cultivated a love of little pleasures: good food, good company, good drink, and good stories. Whether at work, or at home, she is happiest where she can help people! She is licensed for Property and Casualty in every state in the US and she looks forward to being your Good Neighbor.

Sharla is a New Orleans, Louisiana native who brings seven years of valuable experience in the insurance industry to the team. Sharla graduated from Aspen University with a Master of Business Administration. She finds a lot of fulfillment in her role through educating others on the critical importance of safeguarding their assets and loved ones - on top of providing excellent protection. When she's not at work, Sharla loves to travel and experience new places, get lost in a good book, and go out for a day of shopping!

Christi is the executive assistant to Matt Jonza. She graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in Art and Art History and a master’s degree in Education. Her educational journey not only reflects her passion for creativity but also underscores her commitment to fostering learning. Christi’s love for helping others is the driving force behind all that she does. Whether assisting Matt or supporting the agency team, her warm and compassionate nature shines through. When she isn’t working, she loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.

Tommy was born and raised in Lakeville, Minnesota. He lives in Woodbury with his girlfriend and their dog, Tucker. He graduated from Winona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. His positive energy uplifts anybody that he comes across, and is the shining star of the office. When not making everyone smile at work, he enjoys getting out on the lake!
